A: Any and all changes to the outside appearance of the buildings or structure
must have prior approval by the Architectural Committee before work is begun. This will
insure that all of Ransom Oaks remains a desirable place to live.

A: No fences are allowed without the written approval of the Architectural Committee.
The concept of Ransom Oaks is an open area, where one can look out and see
all of the surrounding area - a place that is open and a vista of larger places.

Q: I have a boat or camper, where do I store it?

A: The Offering states that boats, boat trailers, house trailers, campers, snowmobiles
or any similar items shall not be permitted to be stored on any lot longer than 14 days
unless garaged or screened in a manner acceptable to the Architectural Committee.
There are several storage areas outside Ransom Oaks that will store boats and trailers.

Q: When should our trash be placed curb side?

A: We ask that each resident not put out trash or items to be picked up until the
morning of pickup. Trash Collection is delayed one day when these National
Holidays fall on a weekday:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Please be advised that different sections of Ransom Oaks may have different
trash pick up days.

Q: When is the ROCC yearly assessment due?

A: Residents are billed March 1st with payment due by April 30th. This assessment
actually covers the current calendar year from January through December.
|
