Ransom Oaks has two meeting facilities available for residents to use.
In addition, during the swim season, the swiming pools can be reserved
for parties after the 9:00 PM pool closing.
There is no charge to use a facility. Residents must pay for Ransom
Oaks lifeguards if they have a pool party.
Facilities can be reserved for a single use or on a continuing basis.
There is a deposit required and you have to file a form.
The completed form and deposit check must be received at least 2 weeks
before the start of your reservation(s).
The calendar below shows the dates and times that have been reserved
for the Greenwood ( GW, green text) and Ransom Oaks Drive (RO, red text)
Facilities. Pool reservations are not shown.
You can determine the duration of any existing reservation by clicking
on it.
To reserve a facility, find an open time that meets your requirements
and call Dennis Thompon 716-636-7437 to obtain a Preliminary
Reservation that is good for 10 days.
Please note, it may take a day or two for reservations to appear on
the calendar. Thus there is potential for a conflict. You cannot be certain
that a time period is RESERVED until you have a
Preliminary Reservation.
Your reservation will be confirmed when
we receive your completed form and deposit.
After 10 days, if we have
not received your form and deposit, call the number above to find out
if your date(s) are still available.
